Moadra Launch Discount: What Is Actually Confirmed
Moadra is a single-player, premium Metroidvania developed by Gloomsoft, set on the hostile alien world Protea VI. It released on October 22, 2026, and as of October 23, 2026, no verified launch-window discount has been announced through Gloomsoft's official website or the official Steam store page.
Because Moadra is a buy-once single-player game rather than a free-to-play live-service title, its pricing follows the standard premium Steam model: one base price, occasional publisher-run sales, and no bundled gift codes or promotional redemption systems.
If a third-party site advertises a "90% off Moadra launch discount," a free key generator, or a survey-gated giveaway, treat it as a scam. Legitimate Moadra pricing only changes through the official Steam page or announcements from Gloomsoft.

How to Catch a Real Moadra Discount
While no launch discount is confirmed, premium indie games on Steam typically follow predictable sale patterns. Follow these steps to make sure you never overpay.
Wishlist Moadra on Steam
Add Moadra to your Steam wishlist. Steam automatically emails you the moment the price drops, which is the most reliable way to catch the first genuine sale.
Follow Official Channels
Monitor the Gloomsoft official site and the Steam community discussions. Publisher-announced sales always appear here first.
Check the Steam Page Before Buying
Always confirm live pricing on the official Steam page rather than trusting screenshots or third-party listings.
Wait for Seasonal Sales If You Can
Steam's seasonal sales are the most common window for indie Metroidvania discounts. If you are patient, the first meaningful price drop usually arrives within the first major sale event after launch.
Wishlist notifications are free and instant. Between launch and the first seasonal sale, this is the single best tool for tracking a legitimate Moadra discount.

Safe vs. Risky Sources

|---|---|---|
| Official Steam page | Safe | Canonical pricing and updates |
| Gloomsoft announcements | Safe | First source for sale news |
| Key resellers (unknown) | Risky | Regional and refund issues possible |
| "Free key" generators | Scam | No legitimate free-key system exists |
| Survey-gated discounts | Scam | Data-harvesting, not real offers |
Moadra's only verified purchase route is premium purchase through official channels. Any "launch discount" outside Steam or a Gloomsoft announcement should be treated as unverified.
